All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse in Minnetonka, MN
 
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. Report any issues, shortages, or damages within 20 days. 

Returns are NOT accepted without PRIOR APPROVAL of a tgbBRANDS™ customer service representative. No other returns are allowed, 
and no credits will be issued without prior approval. 
 
Variations in color, texture, and/or size are not considered defective and therefore are not eligible for credit or return. 
 
tgbBRANDS™ reserves the right to charge additional 20% restocking fee, and all applicable shipping and handling fees. 
 
tgbBRANDS™ does not guarantee sales.  

Shipping options are as follows:
FedEx Ground
FedEx 2-Day Express
FedEx Overnight
FedEx Collect (with customers’ account number)
UPS Collect (with customers’ account number)

Orders being shipped FedEx Ground generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped (please allow for additional processing time during busy show seasons and the holidays). Shipping rates are based on weight, size, and shipping location. Surcharges may apply to display fixtures. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service unless otherwise specified. If you select FedEx 2-Day Express or FedEx Overnight Service, then we will pass along the additional cost for these services.

Any claims for damages incurred during the shipping process need to be made to the transit company.
